I am selling my Maserati Levante / Levante / Ghibli / MC20 / Grecale / Quattroporte / Granturismo MY21(-and above), what should I do with my Ubigi account?

If you have sold/are about to sell your Maserati Levante / Ghibli / MC20 / Grecale / Quattroporte / Granturismo MY21(-and above):

You have to request Ubigi Customer Service to terminate your Ubigi account and personal details.

Once your termination request received, Ubigi will terminate your account and delete your personal details. This process can take up to 24 working hours to complete.

Once Ubigi has completed the termination of your account, you will receive a confirmation by email.
